Chicken Mole Starter Recipe (Serves 2 - 4)
Ingredients
Gloria Mole Rojo (8 ounces)
Chicken Broth, Vegetable Broth, or Water (2 - 4 cups)
Chicken Breasts (1 pound)
Instructions
Boil your chicken breasts on medium heat with half of a small onion sliced in half. Add salt to taste. Let it boil for 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked with an internal temperature reaching 165 degrees. Set aside.
In a second pot, heat up your broth of choosing or water on medium heat. Then add your Gloria Mole Rojo (8 ounces) with a spoon to the heated broth or water. Stir continuously until the sauce turns into the consistency of your liking. The longer the sauce is on the heat, the thicker it becomes.
Once the sauce is ready, add your chicken meat or protein of your choosing into the sauce.
